Concept Project
NexCRM is a concept enterprise SaaS product designed and built end-to-end by NexM — from product strategy and UX to a fully interactive frontend prototype. It reimagines the CRM as a system that actively helps reps and managers make better decisions, not just a system of record.

The Problem
Sales teams are drowning in tools, not insight
Modern B2B revenue teams run on a patchwork of CRMs, spreadsheets, inboxes, and meeting notes — and it's costing them deals.
Manual data entry everywhere
Reps spend hours logging calls, updating stages, and re-typing information that already exists somewhere else.
Forecasts nobody trusts
Pipeline numbers are built on gut feel and end-of-quarter guesswork, so leadership plans around forecasts that are wrong more often than not.
Context scattered everywhere
Deal history lives across email threads, calendar invites, call notes, and someone's memory — never in one place.
Follow-ups fall through the cracks
Without a system that surfaces what needs attention, hot leads go cold and renewals get missed.
Meeting prep eats the calendar
Reps burn 20 minutes before every call just reconstructing who they're talking to and what was discussed last time.
Stakeholder maps live in someone's head
Enterprise deals involve five, ten, sometimes twenty stakeholders — and most CRMs have no real way to track how they relate to each other.
Our Solution
One workspace, where AI does the busywork
NexCRM combines pipeline management, contact intelligence, forecasting, and generative AI into a single workflow — instead of bolting an AI chatbot onto an old CRM. Every page is built around a simple idea: reduce the distance between what a rep needs to know and what's on screen. Deal risk, next steps, meeting context, and forecast commentary surface automatically, so reps spend their time selling and managers spend their time coaching — not digging through tabs.
One record per deal, contact, and company
Every email, meeting, task, and note attaches to the right record automatically — no manual logging required.
AI built into the workflow, not bolted on
Scoring, summaries, and recommendations appear exactly where a rep is already working, not in a separate chat window.
Built for decisions, not data entry
Every screen is designed to answer 'what should I do next' — from a rep's morning brief to a VP's quarterly forecast.
Product Walkthrough
A tour of the workspace
Twelve connected modules, each designed around a single question: what does this person need to know right now?

Dashboard
A single morning view of pipeline health, at-risk deals, and what needs attention today — instead of five separate reports.
An AI Daily Brief opens the day with the three things most likely to move the quarter.
Reps start the day working the right deals first, not the loudest ones.

Lead Management
Incoming leads are qualified, scored, and routed before a rep ever picks up the phone.
AI scores fit and intent, flags duplicates, and suggests the right owner based on territory and capacity.
Reps spend time on leads worth chasing, and good leads stop slipping through intake.

Pipeline
A kanban and list view of every open deal, with stage, value, and risk visible at a glance.
Deals likely to stall or slip are flagged automatically, based on activity and stage velocity.
Managers see where the pipeline is actually soft, weeks before it shows up in the forecast.

Deal Detail
Everything about a deal — stakeholders, activity, documents, tasks — in one connected record.
An AI summary reads the whole deal history and surfaces risk, momentum, and next best action in seconds.
New reps can pick up a deal mid-cycle and understand it in minutes, not hours.

Contacts
Every person a team has ever engaged with, with engagement history and relationship strength.
Engagement scoring highlights who's actually responsive versus who's gone quiet.
Reps know who to call before the CRM tells them the relationship is already cold.

Companies
Account-level view of every organization — open deals, key contacts, and account health in one place.
An AI account summary and enrichment data (industry, size, revenue) build the picture automatically.
Account teams stop reverse-engineering account context from old emails.

Forecast
Roll-up forecasting by rep, team, and quarter, with commit, best-case, and pipeline views.
AI forecast commentary explains why the number moved, not just that it did.
Leadership walks into the QBR with a forecast they can defend.

Meetings
Every upcoming and past meeting, with agenda, participants, and outcomes tracked automatically.
AI prepares talking points before the call and summarizes action items after it.
Reps show up prepared without spending their morning digging through old threads.

Emails
A shared inbox view connected directly to deals and contacts, not a separate mail client.
AI drafts replies in the right tone, ready to regenerate, edit, or schedule in one click.
Follow-ups go out faster, and nothing important gets buried in an inbox.

Notifications
A single, prioritized feed of what actually needs a rep's attention today.
Signals are ranked by urgency and business impact, not just chronological order.
Important signals — a stalled deal, a champion going quiet — don't get lost in noise.

Enterprise Settings
Roles, permissions, security policy, and audit history — the controls IT and RevOps actually need before they'll sign off on a new system. Every permission is scoped by role, every change is logged, and nothing here is hidden behind a support ticket.
Security and compliance teams can approve the platform on their own terms, not just take sales' word for it.

Integrations
Connect the tools a revenue team already runs on — email, calendar, and collaboration platforms — through a real consent flow instead of a single 'connect everything' toggle. Each connection shows exactly what data it syncs and can be reviewed or revoked at any time.
NexCRM fits into an existing stack instead of asking teams to rip and replace what already works.
AI Throughout the Workflow
AI that lives in the work, not in a chat window
NexCRM doesn't bolt on a chatbot. Every AI feature is embedded exactly where a rep or manager is already looking.

AI Daily Brief
- Problem
- Reps start the day unsure which of dozens of open deals actually needs them first.
- Solution
- A generated morning summary of what changed overnight and what's highest priority today.
- Business Impact
- Less time triaging, more time on deals that move the number.

AI Lead Detection
- Problem
- High-intent leads arrive through multiple channels and get triaged manually, if at all.
- Solution
- Incoming signals are automatically identified and surfaced as qualified leads.
- Business Impact
- Faster response times on the leads most likely to convert.

AI Lead Scoring
- Problem
- Reps can't tell a great lead from a time-waster until they've already spent 20 minutes on the call.
- Solution
- Every lead gets a fit-and-intent score with a plain-language explanation, buying signals, and risk factors.
- Business Impact
- Reps prioritize with confidence instead of guessing.

AI Deal Intelligence
- Problem
- Deal risk is usually invisible until it's too late to fix.
- Solution
- Deal history is continuously analyzed for momentum, engagement, and stall risk.
- Business Impact
- Managers catch at-risk deals while there's still time to intervene.

AI Next Best Action
- Problem
- 'What should I do next' gets answered by instinct, not data.
- Solution
- Each deal and lead surfaces a specific, ranked next step based on its current state.
- Business Impact
- Reps spend less time deciding and more time doing.

AI Meeting Preparation
- Problem
- Prepping for a call means digging through old emails and notes.
- Solution
- Key talking points and context are assembled automatically before every meeting.
- Business Impact
- Reps walk in prepared without the 20-minute scramble.

AI Meeting Summary
- Problem
- Meeting outcomes and action items get lost the moment the call ends.
- Solution
- Meetings are summarized automatically, with action items extracted and assigned.
- Business Impact
- Nothing discussed on a call gets forgotten by the next one.

AI Email Drafting
- Problem
- Writing thoughtful, on-brand follow-ups for every deal takes real time.
- Solution
- Draft replies are generated in context, ready to edit, regenerate, or send.
- Business Impact
- Faster follow-ups without sounding like a form letter.

AI Forecast Commentary
- Problem
- A forecast number without an explanation isn't useful to leadership.
- Solution
- AI generates plain-language commentary on why the forecast moved and where the risk sits.
- Business Impact
- Leadership gets a forecast narrative, not just a spreadsheet.

AI Company Intelligence
- Problem
- Understanding a new account means piecing together firmographic data from five different sources.
- Solution
- Company profiles are enriched automatically with industry, size, revenue, and an AI-generated account summary.
- Business Impact
- Account teams start every conversation already informed.

AI Relationship Intelligence
- Problem
- Enterprise deals involve many stakeholders, and knowing who actually influences the decision is guesswork.
- Solution
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship strength are tracked and surfaced per contact.
- Business Impact
- Reps know who to bring into the room — and who's quietly gone cold.

A concept product, built like a real one
Concept Project
A concept product, built like a real one
NexCRM is a concept product created by NexM. It doesn't have a live backend, a production database, or real customers — but every workflow, interaction, and piece of AI-generated content was designed and built the way a real enterprise product team would build it. This concept product demonstrates how NexM approaches modern enterprise software design — from product strategy and UX to interactive frontend implementation.
